What is high-viscosity systems?
Taikisha has high-precision, highly efficient robot paint systems that use technologies to prevent paint diffusion, as well as gun tools with rotary functions, for sealer, undercoat, and damping material processes.
Overview
The system uses high-precision visual detection to automate the sealing of the edges of the part of the body called the cover from the operating trajectory. According to the customer's requests, Taikisha designs and produces hook nozzles with the doors, hood, and trunk kept closed.
The nozzle can even fit through tiny cracks to apply paint even with the doors closed
