Taikisha's Technology
What is dehumidification system technology?
The challenge for dehumidification systems lies in reducing both initial equipment costs and ongoing operating expenses. Here we introduce Daikisha's efforts toward optimizing dehumidification systems and enhancing energy efficiency.
Overview
Achieves a dew point temperature of -60°C at low cost
Taikisha's dehumidification systems are adopted in many fields, including the lithium battery assembly process, as well as the electronics and precision machinery industries. We provide the optimal dehumidification system for the required conditions.
This system can be used for drying processes in all industries.
Features
①Optimal Dehumidification System Design
Depending on the required dew point temperature and installation conditions, we provide the optimal dehumidification system from our standard two-sector dehumidifiers, high-performance three-sector dehumidifiers, or Taikisha's proprietary four-sector dehumidifiers.
②Dehumidification Simulator
Our proprietary dehumidification simulator optimizes dehumidifier operation.
Even after installation, operating points can be adjusted while monitoring the dehumidifier's capacity reserve to accommodate changing conditions.
Taikisha's Initiatives
Development of a High-Efficiency Dehumidification Rotor
We have developed a unique dehumidification rotor with reduced thermal capacity in its structural components. (JP Patent Application Publication No. 2012-250208)
Achieving both stability and energy efficiency in low dew point environments
We are working on developing a variable air volume dehumidification system capable of adapting to fluctuations in dehumidification load.
Localized Drying (Low Dew Point Environment Miniaturization Technology)
The trend toward localized drying and environmental mitigation (general air conditioning) to reduce initial and operating costs is expected to accelerate in the future.
At Taikisha, we are developing an air conditioning system capable of blocking the inflow of high-humidity air from the surrounding environment into localized equipment.
