Taikisha has high-precision, highly efficient robot paint systems that use technologies to prevent paint diffusion, as well as gun tools with rotary functions, for sealer, undercoat, and damping material processes.
Overview
Interior sealing application of the automobile body has been automated. Using a rotary gun, we have increased the density of robots and maximized their operating efficiency, to achieve application in the shortest time possible, with no waste. A door-operating jig is placed near the painting machine when a robot opens or closes doors, so that a single robot can handle both the opening and closing of doors and the painting.
Combining this with a rotary gun increases the operating efficiency, allowing robots to be placed very closely together
